How many hours will it take to clean my 2 bedroom apartment?We require a minimum booking slot of 2 hours. A 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms would require a booking of 3 hours.

What if I would like a one - off clean?Yes we do provide that service, before giving you a quote we would like to understand what type of clean you are opting for, for eg some of our clients book us for a deep clean booking to be scheduled for a clean up after builders attend etc.

Do I have to enter into a commitment plan for a regular household clean?No, we have trialled out plans and realised it is better for our clients to have the opportunity to pause or stop our services at any stage.

Can I meet my cleaner before my first scheduled clean?Yes, this is part of our process. Based on the time and the date of your request, we work to assign the best professional available. In this time you can go over what things you like and any specific special touches you require.

What is the process if I am not happy with the cleaner?If you have any issues with your cleaner, please let your Blitz Cleaning manager know as soon as possible. If we cannot resolves the issue we will assign you an alternative cleaner.

Do I need to supply cleaning products and equipment?No, each cleaner will come prepared with their own products and equipment, however we do understand that some of our clients have particular products they like to be used as that’s what best for them. So if that’s the case this can be arranged prior to the clean

What previous experience do you have with commercial properties?We have cleaned for: - Schools - Offices - Communal areas within apartment blocks Our aim is to continue to expand our portfolio.

How much will it a cost for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom clean per hour ?We do not base a job on a hourly rate, but on the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms your property has. This is so we can concentrate on all the areas required and not have to rush through a job.

How will I pay you?We have an online booking service where once you are happy with the terms and conditions you can make payment through this facility. We also do have the option of you being invoiced with a bank transfer or paying cash.
